A young modern japanese high school student. He spent most of his life having vivid dreams about his past life until he meets Suzuki who helps Sudou come to the realization that he in fact is also the reincarnation of Shut Hell. After remembering his meeting with Yurul and Shut Hell's death sentence, he decides to interfere and posess Shut Hell's dead body so that she can be reunited with Yurul again. Although Shut Hell eventually takes her own body over again, he spends a long time in her body and also meets many important characters like Veronica.
