Shinbu (浸父) is one of the "Original Three" who is able to create "Special Type" of Mushitsuki. He appears to dress like a priest and talks with a low, penetrating male voice that can reach people's mind directly. Unlike Oogui, he likes to consume distorted dreams and wishes, so the Mushitsuki he created are usually somewhat distorted in nature, with weird powers and effects. Shinbu's real form are countless caterpillars under a cape. When he is about to consume dreams, he will drug his victim into a church-like or graveyard-like space.
