Yocteau is Mutsuki&#039;s older brother and was the Black Rose Knight during the generation just when that Yellow Rose incident happened. He was in love with his Dominion. Note that "Kurama" is not his surname despite being Mutsuki&#039;s older brother, as "Kurama" was the name Mutsuki adopted after coming out of stasis and having no memories of his past.
