Although Yajima dropped out of school to pursue other interests he's a devoted and hard working person. He doesn't get angry but can get testy with some people, but despite this he's pretty easy going which flusters co-workers and such the like at times. Yet sometimes a little oblivious, he always comes off as a "good guy" with a heart of gold and a devotion to admire.
