Mary Ryan, better known as Blue Mary, is a character from both the <i>Fatal Fury</i> and <i>The King of Fighters</i> series. Her first appearance was in Fatal Fury 3 as a private detective. Her official nickname is "S Class Woman", and in The King of Fighters XV, she is known as "The Joint Crusher". Blue Mary is very friendly towards everyone, but she knows (or thinks) that her job must come first before everything else. Mary developed a strong bond with Terry, they seem to have a genuine care and fondness with each other. Based on one of her victory quotes, as well as from other characters, and her new nickname, Mary sometimes has a fetish side on breaking her opponents' bones/joints with her joint locking-based moves.
