A mysterious and knowledgeable hat-creature who Link encounters in the Minish Woods. Ezlo is a grumpy, unpleasant charakter and keeps nagging and complaining about almost everything (especially Link). Apart from his annoying habits Ezlo possesses an astonishing amount of wisdom and his knowledge of the Minish World is unmatched. Later in the manga Link discovers that there's more behind the werid green cap: Ezlo is in fact a famous minish sage and the master of Vaati (the manga's main antagonist). Together with Link Ezlo manages to defeat his former apprentice and restore peace to the kingdom. After this Ezlo and Vaati return to the Minish World.
