Rei Kashima is a middle school student who attends an all-girls' academy three stations away from Roman High School. She is the younger sister of Yuu Kashima. She was introduced in Volume 11 and alluded to in Kashima's Chapter Profile. Rei is a big fan of Let's Fall in Love, and is one of the first characters other than Nozaki's Assistants to believe him when he tells her he's the author. Because she attends an all girls school and has a love of Shoujo Manga, she has a tendency to get carried away and assume that any men and women who speak to each other are deeply in love. Unlike much of the rest of the cast, Rei has not yet received an in-depth character profile in Manga Bonus pages, but she has been on the front cover of Volume 12.
