Midnight is Oxenthree's father and Tasogare's grandfather. His spirit is in the Underworld Area ruled over by Hades, and he gets to meet Tasogare for the first time while they are both trying to return Princess Suya to the world of the living. Like the others, he is shocked to see how vicious the Princess is. According to the Demon Cleric, the war between humans and demons began during Midnight's reign. Midnight claims it is his fault, and still has regrets that he wasn't able to stop it.
