Tomoki is Kouki's younger brother. Years before, when Kouki had trouble with the yakuza, Tomoki was made to pay for Kouki's mistakes and taken away by the yakuza. Since then he has sent his mother things occasionally, but not gotten in touch with Kouki, who still blames himself for not helping him. In <i>Yoru to Asa no Uta</i>, Tomoki accompanies Iori. He is friends with <a href="https://myanimelist.net/character/144564/Yata" rel="nofollow">Yata</a>.
