Yuuji was Hiroyuki's senior in their high school soccer club. Years later, Yuuji is jaded from the many ways in which he has to degrade himself in order to climb up the ladder at work, and resents the older employees for mocking him. After his girlfriend breaks up with him, Yuuji spirals into depression and seeks out a group of people who want to commit suicide, unwittingly being drawn into the religious group B Memories instead.
