Haraka Kagarike is the Dominion of the Fifth Region Gevurah. She is Tsuan's master. Haraka Kagarike is one of the oldest Dominions and one of their strongest fighters. Rinemu called her a supernatural herculean youkai miko who can destroy buildings with her bare hands. Haraka is also a martial arts master who takes other Quasi-Spirits as her disciples. While ruling over Gevurah, Haraka leaves her region under the command of her disciples and leaves for Malkuth after the fall of the Doll Master. She intends to search for someone to become Dominion there in order to ensure it doesn't fall into the White Queen's clutches. Haraka is a warrior with brash personality that makes it seem like she doesn't care much about what others say about her. Although, according to Rinemu's profiling, she is actually holding many problems and is unhappy about it.
