Ikazaki is the president of the student council of Rokuokita High School. He is part of the group of students who, with the principal's permission, push drugs on students while claiming that they're from Rokuominami High School and Kuryugumi — unaware that the drugs come from another syndicate that wants to frame Kuryugumi. Ikazaki sees this as an act of rebellion against his strict parents and does not like being referred to as "elite", despite being rich.
