He was introduced as Knight Trainer/Teacher. He has been called genius several times, with the potential to become one of the greatest Knights of his generation, but his kind nature makes him unsuitable for the battlefield. As a result, he decided to teach/train the next generation of Knights. He is also a part of the magic advancement organization Malto even though he has no knowledge of magic. It is later revealed he was invited into the organization as a foot soldier on the promise of restoring his little sister Tamin's declining health due to an unknown and seemingly incurable disease. He is first involved in the story when Malto assigns him as an escort in the mission to capture the Immortal along with Parin and a few others.
