Yukinami Sayu is a first year at Eisei High School who recently entered the school. Combined with her cute face and cheerful personality, everyone around her likes her. Sayu has a feminine look, and in communication with someone she behaves moderately, but not with Kisumi. In a conversation with him, she becomes impudent and lets out sharp words. However, Kisumi has become accustomed to her such disposition, calling her "cute, but not charming junior". Sayu and Kisumi went to the same middle school and were in the basketball club, but Kisumi was 1 year older than her and he was her senior and she was his junior. They maintained a close relationship in middle school, which made many middle school boys jealous of him and chasing after her, in part because of her activity at the basketball club, where she shone. Yukinami's house is located in the same area as Sena's, so they went to school together and returned home almost every day. Since Sayu couldn't get up in the morning, Kisumi picked her up every morning so she wouldn't be late for her morning training. She loved Kisumi since middle school, but did not dare to confess her feelings to him even when she saw that their communication was declining after he left the club. Only when he graduated from middle school and moved to high school, Sayu realized that she couldn't live without him, so she decided to confess to him at her farewell match before graduation, calling him to cheer for her.
