Runa is a high school student who appears in File 11, "The Whispered Voice Requires Self-Responsibility". She used to be a streamer in middle school, but never found much success until coming upon a mysterious video titled "Blue World"; after watching it, Runa discovered that she had gained a siren-like voice that could command others to obey any order from her. Using this ability, Runa was able to garner some notoriety among netizens as a narrator of "self-responsibility ghost stories" (which place all responsibility for handling the consequences of viewing them, on the viewer). Sorawo notes that Migiwa had told her Runa's real name, but that it had slipped her mind.
