For a long time Number 13 went about his days without any memories, anyone to talk to and didn't even know his own name. This is because he's living inside of a comic book, but he's only an extra, so no one bothers to notice him. Number 13 lived in isolation until Eun Danoh, the first person to ever speak to him, gave him a reason to live as well as a new name, Haru. Haru would then spend every moment of his life for Danoh and would even die for her.
