Still, if he is aware of this, he does not particularly care about it. Igarashi dislikes Momose because because of the later's good looks and efficience at work. He refuses to acknowledge Momose and instead enjoys giving him difficult and unpleasant assignments as a way of teasing him. However, Momose never reacts as expected, which of course ends up ifuriating Igarashi even more.
