Yeong Cheol is one of Aram's classmates. He was told by Sin Uoo to bully her, but ended up falling in love with Aram after seeing her without her glasses, even though she beat him up afterwards. Ha Ji (as Aram) considers him her friend and often goes to him to relieve stress through a duel (which is simply beating up the weak Yeong Cheol, though he doesn't seem to mind it).
