Toyama Luca (豊山琉華 / とやまるか / Toyama Ruka) is a member of the Kamisato Faction and a Magician utilizing Voodoo-based magic, dressed like a pirate. Luca is a girl of about 15 with curly blonde hair down to her shoulder blades and blue eyes. She wears a black rose eyepatch over her right eye as an accessory, a large pirate tricorne hat with a feather in it and a thick navy blue sailor's coat with white epaulettes. She wears a large musket on her back and a cutlass in a scabbard on the buckle of her thick belt. A long, narrow ramrod is also stored within the sword's scabbard.The leather belt holding her musket also holds a skull-shaped container of gunpowder and a bullet case modeled after an arm bone.
