Yukiko is a patient at Morita hospital, currently hospitalized for kidney issues. She is visited by her friend, Tadashi, whom she also has feelings for. When her condition gets worse, one of Yukiko's kidneys is replaced with a kidney extracted from a recently deceased girl, who turns out to be none other than Tomie.
